Summary: In the prologue of John’s Gospel, we are introduced to Jesus as the Word (Logos) made flesh, the Only Begotten Son of God, the Life, and the Light. Because the Light has come, we are now able to see who God is, who we are, how we are to live in the world, why there is darkness in the world, and what will happen in the future.
